Container-Type Generator Set

In line with international container standards: Units below 1250KVA adopt 20ft containers, while those above 1375KVA use 40ft or non-standard marine containers, ensuring convenient and cost-effective ocean transportation.
  • Open-design air intake and exhaust ducts: Optimize air circulation efficiency, reduce wind resistance, and realize quick heat dissipation, with simple structure for easy inspection and maintenance, avoiding troubles caused by blocked ducts.
  • High-quality hardware & anti-slosh design: All hinges, locks and bolts are made of stainless steel, featuring strong corrosion resistance and long service life; built-in anti-slosh devices inside the container effectively prevent fuel and other liquids from splashing and damaging internal components during transportation.
  • User-friendly operation layout: The control panel and output switchgear are arranged on the same side of the container, facilitating quick connection of output cables, daily parameter adjustment, operation monitoring and troubleshooting, greatly improving work efficiency.
  • Safe maintenance configuration: Explosion-proof lights are installed inside the container and on the control panel, providing sufficient and safe lighting for daily maintenance, component inspection and fault repair, avoiding potential safety hazards. Meanwhile, the fuel tank, pipeline, muffler and other parts adopt unique structural design, ensuring tightness, reducing fuel leakage risk and noise pollution, and meeting international environmental protection and safety standards.
  • Durable internal protection: The inner wall of the container is paved with aging-resistant, flame-retardant and sound-insulating materials, which can effectively isolate external temperature interference, reduce internal noise transmission, prevent material aging and deformation caused by long-term use, and extend the service life of the unit.
  • Excellent harsh environment adaptability: Adopting dual-chamber design, the heat sources of the generator set are separated independently, avoiding mutual interference and overheating, enabling stable operation even in an environment with a maximum temperature of 55℃. The control panel, access doors and baffle plates have high protection level, which can effectively resist corrosion, erosion and damage caused by heavy wind, rain, dust and other harsh weather, ensuring stable operation of the unit in complex and harsh working conditions.
