Major Commercial Launch! PAUWAY IFSS Intelligent Load Smoothing System Officially Put into Service
Recently, PAUWAY’s independently developed IFSS Intelligent Load Smoothing System was officially put into commercial use. Relying on PAUWAY’s more than 20 years of technological accumulation in the power field, the system deeply integrates algorithms, real-time monitoring and dynamic regulation technologies. It can effectively solve the pain points of traditional power systems such as large load fluctuations and low energy utilization efficiency, and provide efficient and reliable load management solutions for overseas industrial park scenarios.
PAUWAY IFSS Intelligent Load Smoothing System has distinct technical advantages and prominent core highlights. Adopting a hierarchical distributed architecture and open design, the system can seamlessly connect with PAUWAY’s power generation system, realizing in-depth integration with existing power distribution equipment, energy storage systems and new energy power generation modules. It can accurately capture load fluctuation rules, predict load change trends in advance, and control the load fluctuation range within a reasonable limit by dynamically adjusting load distribution, effectively avoiding problems such as voltage fluctuations and equipment overload, ensuring stable operation of the power grid, and reducing the operation and maintenance costs and energy consumption losses of the power system.
At present, several industrial parks have established cooperation with PAUWAY and taken the lead in introducing the IFSS Intelligent Load Smoothing System. Pilot application data show that the system can effectively reduce the load peak by more than 20%, improve energy utilization efficiency by 15%-30%, significantly reduce users’ electricity bills and operation and maintenance costs, and has been highly recognized by cooperative customers. With the advancement of commercialization, PAUWAY will set up a professional technical team to provide comprehensive installation, commissioning and operation and maintenance services, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the system and enabling more users to enjoy the value brought by intelligent load regulation technology.
Pauway Power has been selected as the primary supplier of mobile emergency power units for the newly established ASEAN Regional Disaster Response Initiative. Under a multi-million-dollar contract, the company will deliver 500 compact, rapidly deployable diesel-electric generator sets over the next two years.
Each unit is equipped with GPS tracking, satellite communication modules, and quick-connect interfaces compatible with local grids. They can be air-dropped or truck-mounted and provide up to 72 hours of continuous power for field hospitals, communication hubs, and water purification systems.
“The reliability and speed of deployment were decisive factors,” said ASEAN Infrastructure Coordinator Dr. Nalin Chantanachai.
Units are already being tested in the Philippines and Vietnam ahead of the typhoon season.
