  • PAUWAY Training focuses on practical operation, standard implementation and problem-solving. Starting with the criteria for determining whether a generator set requires an overhaul, we break down the core technologies of the entire process in detail.
  • The course covers all key stages, including pre-preparation, complete unit disassembly, cleaning and inspection, component repair, precise assembly, start-up running-in and load testing. It systematically explains the key maintenance points of the crankshaft connecting rod, valve train, fuel, lubrication, cooling and electrical control systems, directly addressing common pain points such as excessive wear, seal failure, poor atomization and reduced insulation.
  • Adhering to the combination of theory and practical operation, the training is taught by senior industry engineers. They analyze the root causes of faults through real cases and impart original factory standard processes.
