Main Power Supply Project for Industrial Client in Turkey

PAUWAY supplied a batch of 10 units of PWP1650 diesel generator sets to an industrial customer in Turkey. Each unit features a prime power of 1200KW, with rated electrical parameters of 400V and 50Hz, serving as the primary on-grid and off-grid power source for the client’s large industrial production base.

Large-scale industrial manufacturing bases have high continuous power demand for production lines, raw material processing equipment, central air conditioning and environmental protection facilities. Local grid power supply may have fluctuations and shortage during peak electricity consumption periods. Adopting self-provided generator sets as main power supply can effectively stabilize power quality, avoid production interruption caused by grid faults, and optimize overall energy operation cost of the factory.

Generating Units

The project is equipped with 10 sets of PWP1650 diesel generator sets, single unit prime power 1200KW, standard 400V 50Hz output conforming to Turkey’s national power grid specifications. Multiple units support group parallel connection and centralized intelligent control, which can flexibly adjust the number of online units according to real-time load changes of the factory to realize efficient load distribution and energy saving operation.

Project Positioning

Centralized parallel main power station for large industrial park, undertaking the basic load power supply of the whole plant, and can switch to grid-connected peak shaving mode to reduce electricity expense from public power grid.
