Project Background & Tender Award

Lom Pangar Hydropower Station is a key water conservancy and energy infrastructure project in Cameroon. During construction and daily operation, the project requires stable standby power to cope with sudden grid outages, ensuring the normal operation of flood control monitoring, gate control, construction machinery and on-site auxiliary systems to avoid engineering safety risks.

Generating Units

The project adopts PWY688 diesel generator sets independently developed by PAUWAY. The units feature stable power output, fast startup response and outstanding load capacity, fully meeting the emergency power demand of hydropower station control equipment and construction loads.
